Amano-sake Brewery
In ancient times, Amano-sake was a Japanese sake that was brewed at the Amanosan Gongo-ji temple. From the Muromachi period to the Sengoku period, Toyotomi Hideyoshi and other famous commanders enjoyed this sake. Also, the former store of Saijo Limited Partnership Company that produces the present Amano-sake, is a construction built around the final years of the Edo period (Bakumatsu) and beginning of the Meiji period, and is a Nationally Registered Tangible Cultural Property. It is the only brewery in Kawachinagano.
